- Enter the product code (if known) into the appropriate field

The traffic light symbol next to each item indicates item availability:
Green= item in stock and ready to ship.
Amber= item currently not available but in the process of being restocked. Availability date displayed.
Red = item sold out. Options for similar or comparable items available.
- How do I select item(s)?

- Simply click the "Add to Basket" button
- If you would like to use vouchers, enter the voucher ID in the appropriate field and click "OK"
- After you added all products to your basket click "Order"
- Do I have to register an account to order online?

You do not have to register an account with us to order online. However, registering an account with us is a way of saving your personal details, such as delivery addresses, for future use and makes our web page even quicker and easier to use.
Setting up a user account with Conrad is safe and easy and has a lot of advantages:
- Save time by using templates with the relevant details (such as delivery address) already filled in.
- Save multiple Shopping Baskets for later use. Set up wishlists. Review items.
- Change your personal details at any time.
- Registered customers: Log in with your email address and password.
- To select your preferred payment option click the respective link.
How do I submit my order?
- Review your order. Click "Submit Order"
- We will send you a confirmation email that your order has been received
- We will send you a subsequent email confirming that your order has been shipped

- If you get an error when registering your details ( address and/or postcode ) and you cannot complete the order, please contact us using the contact form below.
We also ask you to mention the article numbers and your preferred payment method so we van register you as a customer and process the order for you.

- You can easily integrate your Conrad voucher/promotional code when you are in the shopping cart under "Coupon / Voucher Bonus Items".
Fill in your voucher number ( 6/8 digits with 2 fold recognition ) and click on "redeem".
Your voucher will be added to your order. You can only redeem one voucher per order.
