Twin Tuner: The receiver has 2 independent SD SAT receiver tuner. With this, you can either record 2 channels simultaneously or watch one program and record the other at the same time. 2 LNB supply lines are required for full functionality.
RAPS is the ultimate programming system for your digital satellite receiver. Simply forget it after presetting. RAPS automatically updates the program list in seconds. RAPS assigns new programs to appropriate location. RAPS automatically changes SD to HD channels (when using a HD receiver). RAPS allows you to select the channels as per different genres (News, Culture, Music ...). The RAPS signal is transmitted via Astra 19.2°.
PVR ready is a receiver that is suitable for recording on hard disc or another external memory via USB port. A 250 GB hard disc is also integrated in this receiver.
Alphanumeric VF Display: The display has 15 Characters and the longer character names are cut short.It displays the name of program, the current program cannot be added since the program numbers are displayed via menu settings.
Dolby Digital recording: If multiple audio tracks are broadcasted, then up to three audio tracks are automatically recorded during recording. You can switch between these audio tracks during playback with the red AUDIO button. The video text is automatically recorded during recording. You can retrieve this during playback with yellow Video text button.
EPG functions: You can watch current and upcoming television or radio programs with the help of the EPGs. The program overview contains title, time and duration of each program. In addition to this, a short description of the content of each program is displayed - in EPG format with images. Due to the integration into receiver, you can change the program from EPG or program recording of a selected program.
Common Interface (CI) is a standardized interface in a digital receiver. This interface can be equipped with a CI module that can decode alone or in combination with a Smart Card program
